CH Media is a prominent Swiss media company established in 2018 as a joint venture between Aargauer Zeitung (AZ)  Medien and the Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ) Media Group. It manages a portfolio of regional newspapers, television channels, radio stations, and online portals. Generating annual revenues of approximately CHF 500 million, CH Media serves a diverse audience across German-speaking Switzerland. Their unique value lies in delivering localised, multi-platform content to over 2 million people, making them a leading force in regional news and entertainment.

The Challenge

CH Media faced significant challenges following the conclusion of a joint venture partnership, which necessitated a comprehensive overhaul of its technical architecture, including CRM, billing, integrations, and logistics.
