Our CEO & cofounder Amaury de Closset shared with Roland Pimpl at Horizont Media his top tips on how media publishers can win the subscription race. His two tops insights:
- Publishers need to experiment. There is no silver bullet. Try new things, be it pricing experiments, new products and propositions, special campaigns and promotions, new channels... Don't stick to the old way of doing thing!
- Stay in control of your data. Don't give all your data to Facebook and Google. Build your own capabilities where it makes sense, but do trust technological providers that lets you stay in control of your data.
