For e-commerce and subscription businesses, reporting and analysing what’s happening in your shop is absolutely essential.
- How many orders do you have?
- Where did they come from?
- What are your conversion rates?
- When do people drop out of the purchase funnel, and why?
- Are your cross-sells and upsells effective?
Questions like these and more can be key to making the right choices for your business, decreasing time to market, and creating offers that your customers want and respond to. In today's fast-paced digital landscape, having real-time insights and the ability to act swiftly on data can make all the difference.
That’s why we are excited to introduce Limio Analytics. This new product, now in beta, helps marketers in subscription businesses easily track and understand essential metrics all within the Limio platform.
Following our initial announcement at Zuora Subscribed Live, we’ve put together this post to give you more details about Limio Analytics.
Why we created Limio Analytics
Limio already natively captures key sales and customer events and provides a rich data layer, integrations with Tag Managers and Google Analytics, and flexible webhooks to data visualisation systems.
However, extracting actionable insights from this raw data can be time-consuming. Our existing solutions involve sending the data we capture out to third-party tools. This is a great option for customers with technical skills and coding knowledge, but it’s not as accessible to everybody else. We wanted to ensure anyone — no matter their level of technical expertise — can better understand their business, how it’s performing, and where they can make improvements.
Limio Analytics perfectly aligns with our mission to make things easier for our customers so they can focus on what they do best — making their subscription business a success. Here’s how:
- No-code solution: Limio Analytics requires no coding knowledge for ease of use. Marketers can quickly generate reports without needing a technical background.
- All-in-one platform: Analyze the results of your offers, A/B tests, checkout flows, and more on the same platform where you create them, allowing for quick iteration and a seamless workflow.
- Real-time analytics: Real-time data and reporting mean you can make impactful changes based on live trends. Notice a campaign is underperforming? Make an immediate adjustment to your strategy and see real-time results.
- Faster time to market: Reduce time-to-market by speeding up the feedback loop and finding what works best for your business faster. This means quicker adaptation to market demands and consumer preferences.
What can you expect from Limio Analytics?
Limio Analytics is currently in beta, so we’re just getting started.
At launch, Limio Analytics will include:
- Order reports: Detailed reports on new and renewal orders, including offers purchased and total transaction costs.
- UTM tracking: Track customer origins through UTM tags, making it easier to analyse your acquisition channels and determine the effectiveness of your marketing efforts.
- Data Export: Export data from Limio Analytics for further custom analysis. This flexibility ensures you can perform deep dives into your data using your preferred tools when you want extra insight.
Plus, we have big plans for Limio Analytics. In the future, you can expect to see features like:
- Graphical summaries: Gorgeous visualisations to help you better track trends and results, all inside your Limio dashboard. Imagine quickly spotting a drop in conversion rates through a clear, interactive chart.
- Detailed conversion rate analysis: Understand your conversions at each stage of the purchase process and pinpoint the stages where potential customers drop off.
- Retention metrics: Track the most popular switches, cancel saves, and more. Understand why customers stay or leave and strategise accordingly.
- A/B testing tools: Compare results of different strategies and make informed improvements. Quickly identify the most effective marketing tactics.
- CX insights and recommendations: Actionable advice to improve customer satisfaction and retention based on your data.

How to try Limio Analytics
For now, Limio Analytics will be available to existing Limio customers. Just get in touch with your account manager to enable the feature. Once it’s set up, you’ll find Limio Analytics in a brand new tab within your Limio dashboard.
Limio Analytics will be completely free during the beta period.
And for those customers who still want to use third-party analytics tools, don’t worry! Our existing integrations and functionalities aren’t going anywhere. You can still analyse your data using tools like Google Analytics the same way you always have. Limio Analytics doesn’t replace this functionality but augments it, giving you more options to better understand your business and customers.
Ready to see what Limio Analytics has to offer? Join the beta today and send us your feedback — you can help us shape the future of Limio Analytics.
