What is a ticket access window?
The staggered sale periods that let different groups of fans buy tickets before others.

TL;DR
A ticket access window, or priority window, is a set period when a specific group of fans, such as season ticket holders or a membership tier, can buy tickets before the next group.
What does “Ticket access window” mean?
For high-demand games, clubs release tickets in stages: season ticket holders first, then members by tier and points, then general sale if anything is left. Each stage is an access window, often 24 to 48 hours long.
How does it relate to football membership?
Access windows are the main thing fans pay for when they buy a membership, and the main difference between tiers. At Tottenham Hotspur, One Hotspur+ members get an extra 24-hour access window for men's tickets. An earlier window is easy to understand and easy to sell as an upgrade.
How Limio helps
Limio sells the tier and sends the entitlement (for example "priority window 1") to the ticketing system, which then opens the window to the right fans. Upgrades in the member's account take effect straight away, so a fan can upgrade before a big sale.
